SPORTS VISION HELPS CAMBRIDGE FOR THE BOAT RACE
Members of this year’s Cambridge University boat crew will have their eyes focused on the finishing line thanks to Sports Vision experts who helped train the team’s eyes ahead of the Race.
A team of eye specialists tested 20 members of the Light Blue and Goldie squad including rowers and cox at Goldie Boathouse, Cambridge, to ensure they have perfect vision in time for the world famous Race (29 March). Gavin Rebello, Director, Sports Vision, explains: “We can help the crew build up their peripheral vision, and help stop glare affecting their performance on the big day. We’re an East Anglian based company and we want to see Cambridge win.”
