DIVING MASK CASE STUDY
Overview of problem:
Patrick needed a new diving mask and was concerned about the whole process. Last time he needed a mask, he had to buy one from a diving shop, visit his optician’s for a prescription, then he had to organise for the mask to be sent off for the new lens to be fitted – a lot of hassle for a hard working pilot!
